Your First 90 Days
eLearning · Self-paced · Built in Storyline
AUDIENCE: Newly hired, commission-based real estate agents at Momentum Properties who are in their first 90 days on the job.
PROBLEM: Only an estimated 5-10% of new agents close a deal within their first 90 days. New agents often spend their time reacting to whatever feels most urgent, while lead responses and follow-up get pushed aside. As a result, potential clients go cold and fewer leads turn into deals within the first 90 days.
SOLUTION: New agents will complete this eLearning by prioritizing daily tasks by urgency and importance, then build a weekly calendar that protects high-impact activities through time-blocking. These practices are designed to increase follow-up speed and consistency, keep leads moving forward, and raise the percentage of agents who close their first deal within 90 days to 10–15%.
HIGHLIGHTS: A scenario-based onboarding experience designed to help new real estate agents prioritize daily tasks, build productive habits, and stay focused during their first 90 days. The course combines gamification with a custom HTML/JavaScript calendar embedded in Storyline, giving learners opportunities to practice prioritization, earn points for their decisions and build a weekly schedule with feedback.
PROCESS: Brokers at the company noticed that new sales representatives were struggling to prioritize prospecting, contributing to delays in closing their first deal within 90 days. The workflow and expectations were reviewed to identify where a repeatable prioritization process could help.
A design document and storyboard outlined the learning experience and scenarios for client review and approval. Realistic sales scenarios gave learners opportunities to practice making prioritization decisions and building their own time-blocked calendar.
After implementation, level 2 evaluation measured learners' ability to apply prioritization and time-blocking strategies, while level 3 evaluation focused on whether they applied these behaviors on the job and increased time spent on prospecting.

Cover This Script
Custom eLearning · Self-paced · Built in Rise360
SOLUTION: New hires will complete this e-learning to produce executive-ready script coverage using a standardized template and established expectations for format, tone, and framing for their analysis. Establishing these expectations upfront aims to reduce the time staff spend reviewing and revising new-hire script coverage by 25% within the first three months of onboarding.
HIGHLIGHTS: This course includes a scenario, and real script examples, with a polish visual system designed to create a sleek, cohesive learning experience.
PROCESS: Development staff noticed that new production assistants were producing inconsistent script coverage that required repeated revisions before it could be used by executives. The existing coverage template and company expectations were reviewed with the client to identify what learners needed to produce and which standards could be consistently taught.
A design document and storyboard then outlined the learning experience and scenarios for client review and approval. Familiar films leveraged learner's existing storytelling knowledge, while realistic scenarios provided practice applying it to professional coverage.
After implementation of the training, level 2 evaluation measured the learner's ability to apply the skills, while level 3 evaluation focused on whether new hires produced quality coverage with fewer revisions and reduced review time for development staff.
