Subject: Garcelle Alequine

Observation

The subject was first observed exhibiting an unusual pattern: a repeated tendency toward discovery. Not just at the top, but at multiple points throughout a project as new information surfaced.

By most standards, that much course-correcting should slow a project down. It did not.   

In true learning strategist fashion, the subject responded by prototyping early, listening often, and making adjustments based on what audiences need, all in pursuit of finding the right path from where people are to where they need to be.
